Head of Private Banking Department

Responsibilities:

• Business development which aims at attracting new VIP-customers in Kiev and other regions;
• Development of the business model of private banking, VIP-services;
• Development of standards to attract, sell and VIP-clients servicing;
• Development of requirements to products, business processes, pricing, and promotion of products and services of private banking;
• Participation in planning and conducting events for VIP – clients;
• Development of loyalty programs for VIP – clients.

Requirements:

• Experience in products development and business processes of Private banking, VIP banking;
• Experience in VIP-customers servicing;
• Excellent knowledge of regulatory framework;
• 2 years experience in attracting customers.

Head/Deputy Head of VIP customer service office

Responsibilities:

• communication with VIP customers of the Bank on services, bank products;
• control support for operation services of customers;
• consulting the Bank’s customers;
• examine fundamental aspects of economic activity of customers and specify the needs of customers for financial services;
• organize interaction between customers and relevant departments of the Bank;
• participation in marketing researches of bank products and plans of attracting VIP customers;

Requirements:

• higher education in Economics;
• good knowledge of bank products and technologies;
• perfect knowledge of regulatory framework;
• negotiation skills;
• must have two-year work experience in a bank, attracting new customers.
